A hexagonal pen pot, handmade in floral block-print paper using traditional cartonnage techniques. The covering paper carries a small repeating flower motif, printed using traditional Indian block-printing — choose from cornflower blue, dusty pink or soft yellow.
Generous enough for pens, pencils and brushes, it sits as easily on a desk as on a dressing table.
Hexagonal · 4cm to each side · 10cm tall
Block-print paper over board. Made by hand in my Kent studio.
Care
This piece is made from paper and bookbinding materials. To keep it looking its best:
- Dust with a dry cloth only — avoid water and damp conditions
- If any warping occurs, place under a heavy book on a flat surface for 24 hours
